About the role

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic School Principal to lead the academic, administrative, and operational activities of the school. The Principal will be responsible for maintaining academic standards, managing staff, ensuring student development, communicating with parents, and implementing school policies effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the overall academic and administrative operations of the school. Develop and implement academic plans, policies, and school improvement strategies. Monitor teaching quality, lesson planning, assessments, and student performance. Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff. Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive school environment. Communicate effectively with parents, students, teachers, and management. Organize staff meetings, parent meetings, academic events, and school activities. Monitor attendance, student progress, examinations, and academic records. Ensure compliance with school board requirements and institutional policies. Handle student, parent, and staff concerns professionally. Coordinate with management on budgets, infrastructure, staffing, and school development. Promote extracurricular activities and overall student development. Represent the school at meetings, events, and external forums when required.
