Institution names stay private on public listings. You see the board, type and locality, for example CBSE School in Madhapur. The full name is revealed once that institution shortlists you. This protects schools from being approached outside the process and keeps listings comparable on their actual terms.

It is a two to five minute recording where you introduce yourself and teach a small concept. Principals use it to judge communication before calling you in. Verified profiles with a video are shortlisted far more often.

Turn on privacy mode in your profile. Institutions can still find you by subject and experience, but your name is hidden until you choose to apply.

Yes. Every payment produces a numbered invoice with GST shown separately, downloadable from your billing page.

Your job posts and applicants stay exactly as they are. You lose access to applicant profiles and candidate search until you renew, and everything reopens the moment you do.

Yes. Write to us and we will delete your profile, uploads and account entirely.
