Always show a salary range
Both a minimum and a maximum, on every listing. No "as per industry standards". Candidates skip listings without one, so this works in your favour.
Your institution's name stays private on public job pages. Candidates see the board, type and locality — for example "CBSE School in Madhapur, Hyderabad" — and learn who you are only once you shortlist them.
