Payments are processed by Razorpay. Acharyaz never sees or stores your card details. GST is charged at 18%, and every payment produces a numbered invoice you can download. Renewing extends your plan from its current expiry, so you never lose days by paying early.
What candidates pay
Nothing. Registering, getting verified, recording an intro video and applying to as many vacancies as they like are all free, permanently. Any institution that asks a candidate for money is removed from Acharyaz.
Questions about billing
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The free plan lets you post a vacancy, collect applications and see one verified candidate matched to your requirement. You only pay when you want to open the full applicant list or search the database.
What happens when my plan expires?
Your job posts and applicants stay exactly as they are. You simply lose access to applicant profiles and candidate search until you renew, and everything reopens the moment you do.
Do you offer admission-season packages?
Yes. Most school hiring happens between February and June. Get in touch and we will put together a package covering that window for a group of institutions.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Every payment generates a numbered invoice with GST shown separately, available to download from your billing page immediately after payment.
