Acharyaz exists to close one gap: schools and colleges need staff, educators need work, and the two sides have never had a place built for them.
Hiring in the education sector still runs on WhatsApp groups, newspaper classifieds, walk-ins and consultants who take a month's salary as commission. Teachers search generic job boards where a CBSE Physics vacancy sits buried under software listings. Neither side can check the other.
We built a platform that speaks the language of the sector. You search by subject, board and grade level, not by vague job titles. Salary ranges are compulsory. Institutions are verified before they can post. Educators pay nothing.
Acharyaz covers teaching and non-teaching staff across schools, junior colleges, degree colleges, coaching institutes, training academies and preschools — starting in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
