And we watch the intro video before approving the profile.
What you see on a verified profile: headline, subjects, boards and grade levels taught, total experience, skills, achievements, expected salary range, notice period, locality, the resume, and the intro video.
Contact details stay hidden until you subscribe or until the candidate applies to one of your vacancies and you shortlist them. That protects candidates who are job hunting while employed, which is most of the good ones.
